The length of the trailer is 2 minutes and 30 seconds, which exploits the important parts of the film that are funny and amusing to watch that sets the tone of the characters. They are mainstreamed towards the audience eyes, so they have an interest on what they have seen on the trailer that suits the audience type to go and watch it in the cinema.

The Genre for the film Ted is comedy as it represented in a way that’s funny and adult humour to the audience, so they can laugh and enjoy the film. 

The narrative of this trailer evolves around adult humour and comedy; that follows a man and his teddy bear, who comes to life as the result of a childhood wish. My first insight of the trailer gives a snippet of a lazy, independent and a sense of freedom the character Ted has with his partner. 

The narration is a male speaking with the tone of his speech being deep, speaking about the story of Ted who comes to life as the result of a childhood wish. The narration speaks about some parts of the scenes in trailer, as a story so the audience can understand what the film is about from their first insight.  This could justify if they have an interest in the trailer by a mixture of comedy, action and romance in one frame that catches the eyes of audience.
